Awesome Food Company sauces are made in the seaside town of Sciacca on the southwestern coast of Sicily. We use fresh, local produce and traditional homemade recipes to make our range of sauces burst with the classic flavors of Italy.
Our authentic Italian Vodka sauce is a flavourful pasta sauce featuring 100% Italian Tomato, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Siciliano cheese with a splash of vodka. This rustic pasta sauce is cooked in the traditional Italian way with absolutely no nasties. Serve simply with your favourite pasta and finish with fresh basic and chili (if you like it spicy) for a quick awesome Italian meal.
Ideal with any type of pasta, we like Spaghetti. Add to hearty soups or stews. Perfect on Chicken or veal parmigiana. Ideal with steamed mussels and shellfish. Baked or broiled over meat or fish. Use in a pasta bake or lasagne.
