Pepperoni is an Italian-American creation, born out of America’s incredible love of pizza.

This pepperoni is hand made from Australian Pork. It’s a spicy, smoky soft cured sausage generously seasoned with paprika and chilli, ideal for recreating a ‘New York Slice’ at home.

For a twist on the traditional pepperoni pizza, add a few slices of pickled Spanish Onion to the pizza after you remove it from the oven. The sharp pickle and spice of the pepperoni are a match made in heaven.
