Home Base is a rich, smooth, slow-cooked tomato and basil sauce, made and bottled in the height of summer when local Australian tomatoes are bursting with flavour and the basil is at its most fragrant.

It’s ready to enjoy as-is, tossed through hot pasta, or primed to be built into something bigger, a ragù, a lasagne, or your version of comfort food.

We love it with trottoloni for maximum sauce grip, or stirred into grass-fed beef mince to create a Bolognese that tastes like it’s been on the stove all day.
