Our Premium Beef Stock has been reduced with beef bones, red wine & port, tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery and aromatic herbs and spices, resulting in a rich, silky and decadent finishing sauce for steak.
Warm this sauce very gently while preparing your meal. Careful not to boil. This jus is best served alongside your favourite steak, mashed potatoes and seasonal greens.
