Description

Beluga Caviar is the most famous and prestigious of all caviars. Beluga caviar is harvested from the ‘Huso Huso’ sturgeon species and can live up to 120 years old. The rarity of Beluga caviar is related to the fact that this particular sturgeon does not ovulate until she reaches around 21 years old. Huso Huso roe is the largest of all the sturgeon roes with its diameter ranging from 3.2 – 3.6 mm.

This beautiful caviar is best served on its own or with traditional accouterments such as blini & Crème Fraîche.
