This estate-bottled, unfiltered Colonna olive oil is made from specially selected olives grown in the region of Molise south of Rome. Indigenous olive varietals are harvested with care and attention, resulting in a product of incredible quality.

This fascinating and delicate cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil has a medium fruity aftertaste with ‘fresh green vegetable’ notes. This oil is hand decanted in a beautiful and distinct Amphora Glass bottle, inspired by the Etruscan era.
