Some Like It Hot turns up the heat with Ziggy’s Wildfoods’ native hot sauce – a punchy blend of Davidson plum and Dorrigo pepper.

It’s got a citrusy lift from preserved lemon, a touch of raw Australian honey for balance, and just enough fire to keep things interesting (we’d give it a solid 7/10 heat level).

It’s bold without being overwhelming, and full of flavour from the first bite to the last. To quote the film it’s named after, “Nobody’s perfect.” But this sauce? Pretty damn close.

Best served with any pasta shape, and even better with little slices of pepperoni crisped in a little honey for a sweet, spicy, sticky pasta revelation.
